We offer unlimited design revisions at no extra cost until you approve the final proof. We won’t move your order into production until you are completely satisfied with the design.

PDF and JPEG files are the easiest to work with as well as GIF and PNG or documents such as DOCX and PPTX. We can work with almost any format you can provide.
This is preferred however many customers just write out a description of what they would like on their coin but images or even sketches can assist to produce your artwork.
We keep your mold for up to 3 years.
Yes, moulds are for each side of the coin, so if you only are changing one side of your coin the side that remains unchanged.
