Confirm that all graphics, logos, colours, and sizes are correct, and check that all names, slogans, and text are spelled properly. Once you approve this digital proof, your product will be manufactured exactly as shown. By providing approval, you agree to Challenge Coins Pty Ltd terms and conditions and acknowledge that we are not responsible for any errors identified after approval or once production is complete.

Each order is a collaborative effort, and your input is essential. We rely on your accurate information to produce custom items such as lapel pins, patches, coins, badges and other promotional products. Below are the responsibilities that guide our partnership.
Quality Assurance
We stand behind every product with a 100% quality guarantee. If a manufacturing defect occurs, we will replace the item at no cost. To qualify, a written claim must be submitted within 30 days of receipt, and the product must be returned within that timeframe. A “defect” refers specifically to a manufacturing error.
Accurate Proofing
Before production begins, you will receive a detailed digital proof via email. This allows you to verify spelling, colours, sizes, and make any necessary changes. We use the Pantone (PMS) colour system. Please reference Pantone codes when specifying colours and, if possible, verify them using a Pantone chart, as screen displays may vary.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation outlining your order details, including pricing, specifications, design proof, and estimated production time. Once approved, production will begin. Orders placed directly online do not require a separate confirmation email.
Production & Delivery
After receiving your approval, we will proceed with manufacturing your order. While we aim to meet all stated production timelines, they are estimates and not guaranteed.
Challenge coins, lapel pins and patches that include features beyond the standard base design are classified as specialty items and require additional production time. These optional features are listed on our Pricing page (https://www.challengecoins.com.au/pricing/) under the “Edges” and “Extras” categories. Large or specialty orders may also need extended production time. Replacement orders follow the same timelines as the original order. For further details, please consult our sales representative. Completed orders are shipped directly to your nominated address via Australia Post within Australia. We can organise overseas shipping however, this may add additional time for your order to be received.

Protecting your personal and financial information is a top priority, and we ensure it is handled with the highest level of security. Before placing an order, confirm with our sales representative that your timeline can be met. Once submitted, orders cannot be cancelled, and payments received will be credited to your account or applied to future purchases.
All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins. However, defective items will be replaced at no cost if a written claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt.
This document represents the full agreement between Challenge Coins Pty Ltd and the customer, superseding any prior communications. We make no warranties regarding the merchantability or fitness of products for any specific purpose.
